Records had extra field(s) at end of each row. Error message not on point as to the true cause of the problem.

When importing, getting this error message:
''000 This company is not set up in this G/L''
000 is not a value in the company field of any record my import file.
My file is in the same format as other imported files for everything except amounts.
What would be the fix for this?

Balance Sheet - Link to excel - for me, this produces an Excel report in which the account numbers are not aligned with the account titles - the account numbers in the column adjacent to the account titles are one row below the correct title. Is there a fix for this?

Get this message when trying to Apply an Imported Journal Entry:
The Account # is invalid. Please enter a valid Accoount.
The account number and related fund exist in the chart of accounts. Retyped the account number to assure no trailing spaces, etc.Even typed in a different but existing a/c number. Still wouldn't accept. Can't ...

Closing Procedure Exception Report of invalid closing accounts
Is it possible to run this report stand-alone, to identify and correct potential errors before they show up in the closing process?
