We're are migrating to a new Server 2008 x86 server.

During the process, after selecting the "Blank Database" and clicking "start"

We're prompted for a "Supervisor" password.  I've entered the correct one, but it says invalid password.

Is there a default password for new "Blank Database" creation.

THis is not the SA password.

There is a default supervisor password for new "Blank Database" creations.   Please refer to your Shelby Installation documentation for the default password or call Shelby Support, 888-697-4352 , for more assistance.

I get the exact same error.  I did not receive any other documentation, and I have been through all of the instructions that I have access to, and I have no idea what the supervisor password is.  I tried the sa password, I tried ShelbySystems-2007 and many others.  I have verified access into the SQL Manager logging in with mixed authentication.   If anyone would know what password to try that would be very helpful.  Thank you in advance.

It is asking for the default Shelby Supervisor password. This is the log-in you use to access the software to set up other log-ins and security rights. For security purposes, we can only give out that password over the phone. I suggest calling 888.697.4352 at your convenience.
